A master-planned community is a residential development designed with a comprehensive plan that includes a variety of housing options, walking trails, recreational facilities, and other amenities to create a cohesive and integrated living environment.
Flora is situated in Hutto, approximately 30 minutes northeast of downtown Austin, TX.

An HOA runs community maintenance and operations, such as landscaping, holiday decorations, event coordination, pool cleaning and lifeguards, and janitorial services. The HOA is essential to maintaining Flora’s high-quality look and feel while assisting residents with any community-related issues that arise.
